2. Services Provided

Woof & Board provides pet care matching services, including:

• Matching pets with sitters.

• Facilitating booking and payment processes.

• Providing updates and communication during the pet’s stay.

3. Booking and Payments

• Payment for services is required no later than the day before the pet’s stay begins.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

• Additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings or special services.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Responsibilities

• For Pet Owners: Ensure your pet’s profile is accurate and up-to-date. Provide necessary supplies and information to the sitter.

• For Sitters: Provide agreed-upon care, updates, and communication to the pet owner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Woof & Board is not liable for:

• Any injuries or illnesses suffered by the pet during the stay unless caused by gross negligence.

• Loss or damage of personal items brought for the pet’s stay.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
